ORDONNACE
Privacy policy
Last updated 6 September 2026.
Who we are
ORDONNACE operates a digital prescription and care-coordination platform for patients, doctors and pharmacies at ordonnace.app and in the ORDONNACE mobile apps.
For data-protection requests, contact privacy@ordonnace.app.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, phone, country, language and role (patient, doctor, pharmacist, administrator).
Health data: prescriptions, medicines, dosages, dispensing records, clinical notes, consultation reasons and symptoms you choose to enter.
Professional data: licence numbers, registration authority, specialty and verification documents for doctors and pharmacists.
Location data: addresses you save, and your approximate position when you ask to see doctors near you. Doctor pins on the map are approximate areas, never exact addresses.
Technical data: device and browser information, notification tokens, and security and audit logs.
Why we use it
To issue, sign, transmit and dispense prescriptions and to keep an unalterable record of each step, as medicines law requires.
To match consultation requests to verified, licensed doctors and to run appointments.
To send treatment reminders, prescription updates and security alerts.
To verify professional credentials and prevent fraud and misuse.
ORDONNACE never diagnoses, never prescribes and never approves medication automatically. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed professional.
Access to your medical record
A doctor can only open your record when you authorise it for a specific consultation. Access is limited to that consultation, is time-limited, ends when the consultation closes, and can be withdrawn by you at any time.
Every single read is written to an access log you can review in the app under Privacy.
Identity documents and licence files are never shared with treating professionals.
Who we share with
The pharmacy you present a prescription to, limited to what is needed to dispense it.
The clinic, hospital or organisation you are treated by, where applicable.
Payment providers for consultation and dispensing charges. Card details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by us.
Regulators and registries when a licence check or a legal obligation requires it.
We never sell personal or health data and never use it for advertising.
Storage, retention and security
Data is stored on encrypted managed infrastructure with row-level access rules, so each account can only reach its own records.
Prescription and dispensing ledgers are append-only and retained for the period required by the medicines and health-record law of the country of issue.
Medical roles require multi-factor authentication. All privileged actions are audited.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing, by writing to privacy@ordonnace.app.
Deletion requests are honoured except where medicines law requires a dispensing record to be retained.
You can complain to your national data-protection authority.
Children
Accounts are for adults. A parent or legal guardian manages care for a minor and is responsible for the data they enter.
Changes
We will notify you in the app before a material change to this policy takes effect.
