ORDONNACE

Terms of service

Last updated 6 September 2026.

Emergencies

ORDONNACE is not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, sudden weakness, loss of consciousness or any other life-threatening sign, call your local emergency number immediately.

What the platform does

ORDONNACE connects patients with licensed doctors and pharmacies, carries digital prescriptions, and records dispensing.

ORDONNACE never diagnoses, never prescribes and never approves medication automatically. Every clinical decision belongs to the treating professional.

Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are for adults. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private.

Doctors and pharmacists must hold a valid, current licence and pass verification before they can prescribe or dispense.

Impersonating a professional, or submitting false licence details, results in immediate termination and may be reported to the regulator.

Prescriptions and dispensing

A prescription is valid only within the country and period stated on it, and only within the prescriber's own authority.

Prescription QR codes are single-use and personal to you. Sharing one is misuse of the service.

Pharmacies record every dispensing in an unalterable ledger. Partial dispensing is recorded as such.

Consultations

Consultation fees are set by the doctor and shown before you confirm. Platform fees are shown separately.

A doctor may decline or end a consultation on clinical grounds and will tell you what to do next.

You authorise access to your medical record for a specific consultation and can withdraw it at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are never stored by ORDONNACE.

Refunds for a consultation that did not take place follow the rules shown at booking and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's record, interfere with the service, or use it to obtain medicines outside a genuine clinical relationship.

We may suspend an account to protect patient safety or to comply with the law.

Liability

Clinical responsibility rests with the treating professional and their organisation. ORDONNACE is responsible for the operation and security of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
